Invention for Violin and Bass Guitar

1 Attachment(s)
Two instruments not often heard as a duet. Thought I'd give it a try. I don't know that much about the bass guitar, so perhaps somebody might point out which double stops would require a hand the size of a catcher's mit.

all best,
mgj

Howdy MG,

This should be fun - I'll have to give it a try when I get home (I'm traveling with my sons to camp this week.)

The double stops, as well as some of the faster passages, will be a good challenge for me to work on my chops :)

ttfn,
Sherry

Hi Sherry,

Have fun with it. I neglected to make the tempo annotation a quarter note = 115 to 135. It becomes a different piece almost at the slower tempo.

all best,
mgj
