Notation for Harmonica?

Hello,

I am interested in obtaining Technical Data concerning the various Note Ranges of Harmonicas?

I believe some are as high as 3 Octaves?

I would also like to see those Types of Harmonicas and their respective Note Ranges represented in Music Notation, rather than in TABlature?

Can any one help please?

Thanks

Re: Notation for Harmonica?

Hi,

A quick Google search for "pitch range for harmonica types" gave a number of results. A quick scan of the first page of results gave a couple that looked promising:

http://www.angelfire.com/music/HarpOn/chrom.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmonica

You may want to explore some of the other search results that come up for that search (or variations thereof).

Enjoy!
Sherry

Much appreciated!
