Transpose notes in a single measure

Is there a way to transpose (usually an octave up or down) the notes in a single measure? I can transpose a single measure stack but really need to narrow it down to only a specific measure.
Thanks, David(hump3dc)

It sounds like perhaps you want to use the "8va" or "8vb" feature. This is where the notation is knocked down or up and octave to keep from having so many leger lines. You can see an example of this in use in notation as well as see how to use the feature in Composer at http://www.notation.com/ComposerDocs3/8va_octaves.htm

If this is not what you're talking about, please do elaborate.

ttfn,
Sherry

Thanks Sherry, the 8va etc works great. David (hump3dc)
