Interesting way to highlight actively playing notes
 

Greetings,
Set this option (Perform/Highlighting Options...) to same colour as the screen background colour. This gives the effect of the currently playing note going off then on again. ie disappears then reappears. Useful for fast passages I find.
Just thought it may be worth a mention
