For those of us whose vision...

For those of us whose vision is not what it used to be in younger years, would it be possible to increase the size of the anchors - on slurs in particular? Anchors are a two-fold problem for me as they are red - a color that is difficult for me to see. Anchor size is the larger problem. At times when I start a slur, I need to adjust either end anchor or one of the middle anchors that may intrude on a tied note. I often lose a grip on an anchor due to the precision required.

I realize this is a nit, but I don't believe it would be too big an intrusion to those who are happy the way things are now.

Thank you!

Hi Ralph,

It's good to see you back on the forum!

Sorry that I'm so late replying. I've been down in NC with my Mom, who passed last Thursday (it was all as good as it could have been and don't want to hijack the thread).

I'm not sure how difficult it is to change the size of the anchors, but I suspect it's a bit of a bugger.

One thing you should be able to mess around with though, are the settings for your mouse. Depending on the mouse you have and which version of Windows you are using, you can control things such as speed and accuracy, which may help in your situation. The following web pages have some tips, and how to change those settings on your machine, that you may find helpful.

I hope this helps.

ttfn,
Sherry

p.s. I should add that changing the "Precision" setting on mine made a big difference for when I scroll slowly and am trying to "pick up" something.
