Notation will not recognize my keyboard

Hi, all. I recently "rebooted" my system after I had some problems. Before, I could connect my keyboard to my computer for MIDI purposes, and all was fine; now, however, Notation does not seem to know my keyboard when it is connected. When I do the quick device setup, my keyboard does not show up in the drop down menu, even if I have tried playing it.

One more thing: my computer itself does not show any recognition of the keyboard either, so it could be just a computer issue. Anyone dealt with this?

Hi,

It does sound like it's most likely a driver issue. I'd suggest visiting the manufacturer's website and downloading/installing the driver(s) for the unit.

If that doesn't fix the issue, we'll dig in deeper.
