A sequel to A New Commission

Happy Just-Past May Day:

'Way back in the dark ages (December 2019), I posted an early version of this piece in the thread A New Commission on this forum.

Then COVID hit.

And this relates to Notation Composer because the sheet music the singers are reading in the video and the music the pianist is reading and the score the conductor is following were all created in and printed from Composer.

Very cool :)



I love the rolling piano - just like sea as you sail through. The interplay of the lyrics is reminiscent of the guys on a tall ship calling to each other as they run the rigging. Sweet :)


Glad you were able to catch it on video, and that the folks did an excellent job of the performance. I like it :)
