After some Windows 10 updates we have been faced with issues that certain installations required a reactivation of the software. In the beta we have improved the installation process that such situations are handled. We have invited those customers where the issue happened to participate in the beta version. Please check if the issues are fixed now. If you find some irregularities, please send us the installation LOG files which you will find at

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Notation_3_BETA_RELEASE\ Composer_3\Installation\Notation_Installation_LOG. log
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Notation_3_BETA_RELEASE\ Composer_3\Installation\Notation_Software_LOG.log

or the according files for Musician.
