Since Ralph Rayner had the terrific idea of having a section for "learning and teaching" pieces, I'm jumping on his bandwagon :)

Well, kudos on the piano reduction, Sherry, and a well-done to Mahala for being able to play it. She is WAAAYY beyond my skill level at the keyboard.

I'm not familiar with the piece. My Straussian meandering are primarily of the Richard variety.
