Multiple staves in part of score

I can add additional staves to a part - but is it possible to add staves for only part of a score?

Situation is a piano composition with the traditional treble and bass clefs, each on its own staff. Sometimes it would be good to have a third staff for certain parts of the score. Can this be done in NC?

Hi,

You can only add staves for the entire score, BUT you can use the Staff/Hide Resting Staves option so that those staves only show when they hold notes.
