How do you add lyrics to base vocal part

I am creating a 4-part vocal score. I have successfully entered the lyrics for SAT between all the staffs but I can't seem to add lyrics BELOW the bass line. Is it possible?

There shouldn't be a problem adding lyrics to the bass line, as in the example I've attached.

One thing that occurs to me is that hidden staves can interfere with placement of objects. Try deselecting Hide Resting Staves from the Format menu. That may let you select the Bass line for lyric entry.
