Can't open files with Russian characters in file name

Hello,

For some reason I can't open files which name includes Russian characters. When I open such file, nothing happens. Setting system locale to Russian doesn't help.

Hi,

With the current version (3) or previous you will need to rename the file without the extended characters (eg. using English alphabet.)
