Hi,

This is one of the most popular songs ever. Mid last year, I created an arrangement of the song for Margaret. Here is the backing track as .mp3. There is also a .not file.

The notation is not set out to be played by musicians, but rather to control the associated midi file for sound only. To generate an orchestral score for real musicians, the .not file would need to be amended.

Music by Francesco Sartori, original lyrics by Lucio Quarantotto.
Made famous by Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman.
Con te partiro literally means: "With you I will leave"

I was first acquainted with this song from an Andrea Bocelli album my wife got some years ago. Struck me as a bit sweet at first, but I acquired a taste for it -- especially after hearing it as many times as I did.

I enjoy your arrangement. Also, the melody range fits well on a C recorder, so I've been studying it - e certo è un emozione di suonarlo.

Thanks

Walt

Thank you so much for sharing! I love this programme but not so good on which chords to use or how to always have it diplay properly! for my keyboard. (a very late learner)

Kind regards

Hi inspired,

If you're trying to get chord names to display on your keyboard (as in Yamaha or other), you may want to try out the newly released version 3. One of the new features is the capability to take chord names back and forth between keyboard and computer program. You can try a trial version on the same machine as a 2.x installation to see how you like it - get it at www.notation.com/Download.php

Enjoy!
