Page 2 formatting.

I am not having luck describing my problem with the page formatting. I've checked all the link references offered but am still unable to get page 2 and subsequent pages to end up formatted the same as page 1.The vertical spacing of the staves on page 2 is not the same as on page 1. The number of measures per line also is not the same. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks
