Crescendos on large notes

Hi! I have a simple question:

How can i do a "crescendo" on one large note, across its duration?

I need do it on large notes from diferent staves at the same time. Is it possible?

In Composer you can use Graph Over Notes, and then use the Volume graph to make a volume change over long duration notes (eg. whole notes or tied whole notes). You can do this independently for each staff.
