View Full Version : If you're not receiving emails from our Helpdesk...

Howdy friends,

If you've tried to reach the Helpdesk (support@notation.com) or tried to get maintenance updates or such from our self-help page but don't receive an email, then your ISP, or one along the route, might be blocking email from "notation.com". Conversely, if you've tried to directly email us there, your email may have been blocked somewhere along the way and we may never have received it. Such are the vagaries of email and spam filtering

The first thing to do is to check your spam or junk mail folder. The next is to ask your ISP kindly to unblock "notation.com" if they indeed are blocking us :)

Overarching these steps, though, is the fact that we want to let you know that you can always contact us via the "Contact us" link in the blue bar at the bottom of every forum page. If needed (because of email filtering) we can contact you via a personal message to your account on the Forum, or we can use other email addresses to contact you so that at least you know we're not ignoring you :)

We really do care about you, our customers and friends. We want everyone to get the most out of Notation Software products, and enjoy making music. So if there seems to be a lag in the communication, please don't give up. Feel free to use the Contact Us or other methods of getting us through the forum here.

ttfn,
Sherry
