Hi I completed my 30 day trial about 5 days ago and ordered musician 1.1 online and used my credit card to pay the 49 dollars. All the data was correct but it said there was some delay and it needed 24 hours to check it out. That was about 5 days ago and i still havent heard anything. I got an order number and i also called my cc company to see if that was ok. They said they havn't been billed yet. I sent mark a couple of emails but got not reply. Maybe he's on vacation or something and needs to get to some orders personally. I can dig that so if that's the case i guess I'll have to wait. Otherwise any anyone advise. |

Hello Peter, Sorry you're having trouble ordering MidiNotate Musician. I haven't found any communications from you at our Helpdesk atwww.notation.com/support.htm or via email to support@notation.com Orders for MidiNotate are processed by Order1.Net (www.order1.net) In some circumstances Order1.Net cannot immediately confirm with the credit card company the validity of an order. In that case, Order1.Net will send our customer an email requesting further information. It's possible that you did not receive this email from from info1@order1.net. The most likely reasons are: (1) you submitted the wrong email address when you ordered MidiNotate, or (2) your email spam filtering rejected the email from info1@order1.net. If after a few days Order1.Net does not receive a confirmation reply, then it will call the customer on the phone, using the phone number provided by the customer. If you did not receive a phone call within 5 days, then perhaps the phone number you submitted with the order is incorrect. At this point, you should send an email to info1@order1.net, asking for the status of your order. Order1.Net (info1@order1.net) will probably send an email back to you asking you for certain order confirmation information. Please keep an eye out for emails coming from info1@order1.net. You might also check your email trash folder to see if there are any emails from info1@order.net there. Cheers -- Mark (developer of MidiNotate) |

Hello Kevin, I do see that you're indeed in the customer database. You should have received an email with download instructions. If you still have not, you can visit www.notation.com/Redownload.php and follow the instructions there to download the software. I hope you enjoy Composer! If you have any other problems, please let us know. ttfn, Sherry |
