Everytime I run the program, it flashes to that blue error screen in which you are forced to restart the computer. I think it mentioned nstation.sys in the error, but don't know what it is. How can I fix this problem?

Jared,

It is quite unusual that MidiNotate would cause a blue screen. I don't know what nstation.sys. I did a Google search of "nstation.sys" and see that it is the name of a file used by a couple of different sound drivers. I highly suspect that there is a problem with a MIDI driver.

Please try the following procedure, which re-initializes MidiNotate's recognition of MIDI devices on your system:
1. Using Windows Explore, navigate to this directory:
c:\Program Files\Notation Software, Inc\MidiNotate
2. In that directory, rename the file notesoft.ini to
notesoft.bak
3. Run MidiNotate

Cheers
