Orders for MidiNotate software products are processed by Order1.Net (www.order1.net). When you place an order for MidiNotate, you will typically receive an email within 30 minutes from info1@order1.net with the subject line "Purchase MidiNotate". That email will include instructions for downloading your newly purchased copy of MidiNotate.

IMPORTANT: You should watch for email coming from info1@order1.net. Your purchase confirmation and download instructions will come in an email from order1.net rather than from notation.com. Be careful that you do not overlook this email if your email program incorrectly reports the email as spam. If you are expecting the email and have not yet received it, please check whether your email program has placed it in a spam folder.

You can visit Order1.Net to check the status of your MidiNotate order
at Order1.Net's web site, by going to the web page listed at the end of this description. At that Order1.Net web page, enter your email address (the same one you used when you purchased MidiNotate) , and hit the Submit button.

If Order1.Net has received your MidiNotate order, then Order1.Net will report the order number to you.

At the Order1.Net web page, you also can click a "Resend Original E-Mail" link to request Order1.Net to resend to you the confirmation email that includes instructions for downloading your newly purchased copy of MidiNotate.
