Adding a MIDI Port

 Visit the Notation Users Community Forum discussion on this feature.  Go to the previous page in the Table of Contents.  Go to the next page in the Table of Contents.

If you have removed a port from a configuration, you can add it back.

prcarrowTo add a MIDI port to a configuration:

1.In the MIDI Device Configuration Window, choose the Add command in the Port menu. Musician will present a dialog box with a checkbox for each MIDI port identified within your Windows system.
2.Add a check mark in the checkbox for any MIDI ports that you want to add to your configuration.

The newly added MIDI ports will be displayed in the MIDI Device Configuration Window. You can later rearrange the order of the MIDI ports.
