Simply the Best Video Games MIDI - You'll find the files on this site listed in alphabetical order, with short descriptions of the files, as well as either .mid or .zip versions available for all files. There are two pages of files. To get to the second page, look for the "NEXT PAGE" text link at the bottom of the first page's file listing.
Video Game MIDI Music - Aaron Walz's page of video MIDI music is nicely organized, and the MIDI files are easily downloaded. The drop menu at the top of the page doesn't seem to work, but it's easy enough to simply scroll down the page to find the files. The game titles are in the green bars, along with the credits. The MIDI files for each game are under the game title, with short descriptions of the file and the sequencer credit for that piece. Simply click the text description to download the MIDI file.
World of Game MIDs Archive - This extensive archive has a wealth of information about each song file. There are 38 pages of video game MIDI files, which you can filter by platform or music type, or search using the query box. Clicking the song name in the far left column will take you to a page of information about the file, the game it is from, the sequencer, and other information, as well as a download link for the MIDI file. Clicking the icon in the far right column will take you directly to the download page for that file.
Video Game MIDI - This page has video game MIDI files listed alphabetically, with the game in parentheses beside the song name. To download a file, simply click the title.
Ninja Gaiden - The Music - The files on this website are grouped by episode. To download a file, simply click it's title.
The MIDI Shrine - This opening page has a lot of ads, but you can either view each platform-grouping of game MIDIs via the text menu on the upper left of the page, or you can just scroll down to the alphabetical list of games for which MIDI files are available. Clicking on the particular game link will take you to a page with the MIDI files available listed, but you'll need to scroll down a bit here, too, to get to the MIDI files. They are available as single-MIDI files, or as ZIPped packages.
