John Roache's Ragtime MIDI
Library - This instructive library of ragtime tunes collected by John
Roache provides a lot of information with each song. After you click on
a song from the index, a page will appear for that tune giving you background
information on the song. Click on the title at the top of the page to
download the MIDI file. Be sure to visit the home page of this site to
enjoy the other ragtime information there; CD's played by John Roache
are offered for sale, as are piano rolls for some of his pieces and musical
folios.

Ragtime MIDI Site - This extensive ragtime site by Gary Davis contains
a large number of ragtime MIDI files. Click on the "John Stark and
Son" title to reach a catalog of traditional ragtime composers, on
the " Treemonisha" title to find the lyrics and libretto for
Scott Joplin's opera, or continue further down the page to find Mr. Davis's
original compositions.

Powell's Ragtime Page - An interesting site for ragtime music - see
the picture of Scott Joplin's gravestone in the middle of the page. Keep
scrolling down to reach the MIDI files grouped by composer. Further down
you will find Jeff Powell's own ragtime compositions.

Piano MIDI Files by Warren Trachtman - The long list of MIDI files
of ragtime pieces on this page were all sequenced by Warren Trachtman.
This files can be downloaded individually by clicking on each title, or
they can be downloaded as a zip file by clicking on the collection title
under each composer's name.

Piano Music - This ragtime page at Public Domain Music contains about
a dozen pieces, most done with more instrumentation than just piano.

Long Lost MIDI Files - This site by Ron "Keeper" O'Dell
has a great list of ragtime tunes, plus a few others thrown in for good
measure.

D. MacDonald's Ragtime-March-Waltz Website - This is the starting
page a great collection of MIDIs by various composers, which can be listed
either by title or by composer. It is clear how the site is structured,
and how to download the MIDI files (or play them). These are nicely done
sequences, and there is a lot of information about the piece contained
within the files themselves.

American Ragtime - This site has ragtime MIDIs sequenced by Truman
L. Jayne and Bud Black.. The songs are listed with the options of downloading
(in zip format) or listening.
Irwin's
Ragtime/Stride/Swing/Novelty MIDI Website - This is the lead-in page
for the various genres included in this website. There are links that
will take you to the individual style pages, where the songs are listed
alphabetically by title. Just click on the song title to download the
MIDI file.

Bill Edwards - This colorful site offers an extensive list of sequences,
ordered alphabetically by title. There are also wonderful pictures of
the covers of vintage sheet music.
Ragtime
at Laura's MIDI Heaven - Some well-done sequences by various composers.
When you click on the song title, a pop-up window will open, with several
options, and it is easy to download the MIDI file.
D & D's Music Hall - This website has two pages of MIDI files that are dedicated to Big Band, Blues,Rag, Polkas, and Jazz. Those would be page 6 and page 7. The files are in alphabetical order by title on each page.
