IMPORTANT NOTICES:
1. All Notation Software Affiliates Must Update Their Links to Notation Software Products.
As of September 2006 we have switched our order management service to Plimus. Order1.net links are now defunct, and you will not receive credit for purchases nor referrals if you have not become an affiliate through Plimus and updated your links.
Notation Software will continue to offer all affiliates a 25% commission on sales. With the release of Notation Musician 2.0 and Notation Composer 2.0 in December, 2006, we expect a permanent increase of at least 25% in sales, which affiliates will recognize as an increase of at least 25% in commissions.
2. The change in our product line name from "MidiNotate" to "Notation" means that affiliates will need to be sure that their links are updated to contain the new contract IDs.
The December 2006 release of Notation Musician 2.0 and Notation Composer 2.0, made it necessary to change the Contract ID of our products with Plimus. This change makes it necessary for affiliates to update their links with the new contract ID numbers. Affiliates were sent a notification email containing their updated links. If you did not receive an email with your new links, please follow the steps as described for Setting Up Your Affiliate Referral Links to Notation Software's products to get your new link information .
Here is the procedure for updating your affiliate links to go through Plimus rather than Order1.Net:
- Sign up as an affiliate with Plimus, as described on Notation Software's Affiliate SignUp web page.
- Wait 2 to 24 hours to receive an email from affiliates@notation.com approving your request to sign up as a Notation Software affiliate.
- In that email, you will be asked to reply, providing your original Order1.Net affiliate ID. Please do so. If you do not recall your Order1.Net affiliate ID, then you will be able to find it in the link from your web site to Notation Software's (via www.order1.net).
- Follow the instructions for Setting Up Your Affiliate Referral Links to Notation Software's products. Given that your web site already has one or more referral links, the task here is to replace the www.order1.net links to www.plimus.com links.
- If you have any problems with this procedure, please contact us at support@notation.com
Expected 25% Increase In Sales and Commissions with New 2.0 Releases of Notation Musician and Composer
In December, 2006, Notation Software released vastly improved 2.0 versions of MidNotate Musician and Notation Composer. These products were renamed from MidiNotate to Notation Musician 2.0 and Notation Composer 2.0.
The main focuses of version 2.0 are: (1) even better ease-of-use and (2) a fresh new, up-to-date user interface. These improvements make Notation Musician and Composer compelling tools for everyday musicians.
To preview these new products, and anticipate how well they will sell to your web site visitors, you can download a trial version of Notation Composer 2.0 now at www.notation.com/Download.htm.
